What we collect

Account details: your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple.

Show listings: the show details organizers publish — show name, venue, address, dates, hours, admission, categories, table counts and contact email.

Vendor activity: vendor requests, invite links and confirmed vendor names.

Ratings and reviews: the star rating and comment you leave on a show, shown publicly with your display name.

Support messages: anything you type into the contact form, plus the email address you give us there.

How we use it

To publish show listings so collectors can find them, to route vendor requests and invites to the right organizer, and to show ratings on show pages.

To send you the emails the app needs to work: sign-in codes, password resets, vendor invites you are part of, and replies to your support messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see it

Show listings and ratings are public — that is the point of a directory.

Vendor requests are visible to you and to the organizer of that show. Organizer contact emails are visible to signed-in users who request a table.

Support messages are visible only to the people running ShowFloor.

Our hosting and database providers process this data on our behalf so the app can run.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting it removes the shows you organized, your vendor requests, your invites and your ratings, and signs you out.

Ratings you left on other people's shows are removed and those shows' averages are recalculated. This cannot be undone.

Cookies and local storage

We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in between visits. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers.

Children

ShowFloor is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and note the change in the app.
