Using ShowFloor

ShowFloor is a listing service for sports card, Pokémon and trading card shows. You can browse shows without an account. Listing a show, requesting a table or leaving a rating requires signing in.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to scrape, spam, impersonate another organizer or vendor, or post content that is false, abusive or infringing.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

Listings are the organizer's responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish: dates, hours, venue, admission price, table counts and vendor claims. We do not verify, endorse or run any show listed here.

We may remove a listing that is misleading, duplicated or reported as fraudulent.

Vendors and invites

A vendor request or invite acceptance is between the vendor and the organizer. ShowFloor creates the connection and publishes the vendor name; it does not take payments, guarantee table space or mediate disputes.

Ratings and reviews

Leave one rating per show, based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not about the show itself.

Zero tolerance for abuse

ShowFloor has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content and spam are not allowed in listings, reviews or vendor requests, and text with banned language is blocked automatically.

Anyone can report a review or listing from the ••• menu or the Report link. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of people who post it.

You can block any user from their review. You won't see reviews from people you've blocked, and you can unblock them from your Account screen.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By publishing a listing, rating or vendor name you give us permission to display it in the app.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a show will happen as listed, that the directory is complete, or that the service is uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use ShowFloor after an update means you accept the current version.
